Our Shipping Policy:

All orders are handmade & cut-to-order, cancellations must be made within the limits of 24hrs of your order.

All orders are shipped with 10 business days of your order. Orders are processed during weekdays, (Monday-Friday). **Excluding holidays.

Brownstone Playhouse reserves the right to refuse the shipping of any order.

Domestic Shipping:

We use Canada Post and FedEx for all domestic orders/shipping.

International Shipping:

For international orders UPS and FedEx are used for standard shipping.

Damaged Parcels:

Please send proof: (clear and accurate pictures, with written details) of the damages within 8 days of receipt for online credit.

Please note: customer are responsible for paying ( shipping/handling costs).

Returns

Due to the nature of our custom-made/cut-to-order products, "all" items are "FINAL -SALE".

Particularly, due to Covid-19 and other "variants", Brownstone Playhouse reserves the right not to accept "returns" on any items sold on this website as a "safety pre-caution".

We will address each issue on a "case-by-case" basis.
